Push cable red 4,8mm x 30m for pipe inspection camera RHD-18 & RIK-14

The push cable in red serves as a spare part for our pipe camera RIK-14. The push cables can be damaged during pipe inspection, e.g. by unintentional kinking in pipe bends, by the camera head getting stuck, by peeling off the insulation on sharp edges or by contact with aggressive chemicals.

This replacement cable can be changed by any user to repair the camera: The camera head is unscrewed from the damaged pushrod. Then the defective push cable is completely rolled off the reel. Now the connector and the two strain reliefs are loosened. The new cable can now simply be connected to the plug, then the two strain reliefs are refitted. Afterwards, the sliding eel is simply pushed completely onto the reel, and finally the camera head is mounted again.

This repair work can be done by the layman. If the old blue pushrod cable is kinked near the connector, so that shortening the cable leaves enough remaining cable, we also offer a repair of the cable. Just contact us for this.
