Product information "Pipe camera FullHD for tubes from 30mm, 18mm camera head, optional 512Hz transmitter"
Discover the new Full-HD generation of our pipe camera - excellent images and details in the highest resolution!
The most popular model of our pipe cameras is now finally available with Full-HD 1080p resolution. The resulting resolution of 1920 x 1080p enables pipe inspections in unprecedented detail. For comparison - our old model has a resolution of 800 x 600p! The image resolution has therefore more than doubled! This high resolution allows a with 10.1" almost 50% larger monitor. This allows you to effortlessly detect any type of damage and blockages in the pipe. The camera therefore meets all professional pipe inspection requirements!
The pipe camera in the version with 18 mm camera head is perfect for inspecting pipes from DN 30 mm. The camera head with the full HD module is equipped with 9 LEDs, which provide sufficient illumination in small pipes. The pipe camera has a recording function for photo and video, so that every pipe inspection can be documented.
The heart of this pipe inspection camera is the new, improved 18mm camera head: the 1080p camera module ensures sharp and high-resolution images. Thanks to the integrated LEDs, which can be set to different brightness levels, the camera head provides you with a clear, bright image on the camera monitor that shows all the details of the condition of the pipe. Nevertheless, the camera head only has a diameter of 18mm! This means that it is narrow enough, even with the guide ball, to be able to work in pipe diameters from DN40 without any problems; for narrower pipes from DN30, the guide ball will probably have to be dispensed with.
Due to its narrow dimensions, this camera head does not have a self-righting function , so the image may be distorted. Please bear this in mind when selecting the right camera for you. If you are primarily inspecting pipes from DN50, you should use our camera with a 23mm camera head. This illuminates the pipe better and has a self-righting camera head.
The pipe camera is optionally available with an integrated 512 Hz transmitter, which allows the camera head to be localized within a pipe using a locating device such as the vLoc3 locating device. The camera head is not any larger as a result, but has the same dimensions as the version without sonde transmitter, as the transmitter is located in the spring section.
The reel integrated in the camera has a red push cable with a length of 30 m and a diameter of 4.8 mm, which is the ideal thickness for working in pipes with a diameter of 30 mm or more. It is extremely flexible to master 90 degree bends in DN30 pipes. The robust push cable can simply be pulled out of the rotating basket and fed into the pipe. The special holder for the camera head at the end of the reel is slotted. This allows the sliding eel to be clamped into it. A light snap mechanism picks up the cable and secures it so that you have both hands free to operate the pipe camera. After the pipe inspection and during transportation, the holder securely holds the camera head and protects it from damage
The screen in the operating case has several self-explanatory buttons that trigger different actions on the pipe camera. This allows you to take photos, record videos or adjust the brightness of the LEDs on the camera head at the touch of a button. You can also easily play back previously recorded video footage or photos. You can reset the integrated meter counter to "0" in any position; the meter count can also be measured negatively when you pull it out. All control buttons are provided with pictograms, making operation child's play. You can also access the multilingual menu of the pipe camera at the touch of a button, where you can make various basic settings such as date, time, monitor settings, etc. (German, English, French and other languages integrated).
Videos and photos of the pipe inspection are stored on an SD card. This is located in the SD card slot to the right of the screen. You can remove the SD card from pipe camera and insert it directly into your computer and read it out. A suitable USB adapter for reading out the SD card on a PC or Mac is included in the scope of delivery.
