Pipe camera vCamMX-2 inspection system

The versatile and cost-effective vCamMX-2 push camera is a compact all-in-one inspection system for pipe inspections from 40 mm to 100 mm cross-section with very good arc mobility. This pipe camera gives you the flexibility to cover a range of inspections including indoor drainage pipes, domestic installations, indoor commercial pipes and lateral pipes. The vCamMX-2 control module has been specifically designed and manufactured to meet the needs of plumbing installers. The latest imaging and recording technology is housed in a rugged ABS injection molded housing attached to a stainless steel frame specifically designed for harsh conditions.

The Type MX reels are made of a stainless steel tubular construction with a lightweight, rugged carbon fiber push rod drum. The multi-angle LCD display and frame, which can be used in either an upright or horizontal position, is suitable for use in confined spaces and can easily fit into most commercial vehicle compartments. The camera contains a sonde in the head, which can be located at three frequencies (position location). In addition, the push cable can be located with a sonde transmitter (route location).

The system is available in two push cable lengths (30 m or 45 m) and with easy-to-change camera heads.

The pipe camera vCamMX-2 therefore offers all the features of a modern inspection system. This includes the locatable sonde with three frequencies, the actively locatable push cable, the meter counter, an integrated Li-ion battery for a long operating time and an integrated microphone for voice recording during the inspection. The camera heads can be replaced by the user.

The vCamMX-2 is available as a complete system including control unit or as a pure push cable reel with camera head only. This can also be used with the vCam-6 control unit. The free app enables direct streaming of the camera image to a smartphone or tablet as well as convenient text input.
