Expanding cutter with 22mm T-slot (7/8") from ROWO

The expanding cutter is a drain cable tool for hard deposits and incrustations in pipes. Its expanding cutting head has been specially developed to enable variable processing of the different thicknesses of incrustations on the walls, as is often the case with deposits. The spring pressure forces the blades of the expanding cutter apart in the direction of the surrounding pipe. As a result, the blades set in very well and work effectively. The tapered end in combination with the spring-mounted cutting blades also allows the drain cable tool to be guided into a narrower area of deposits and to attack them optimally. The hardened cutting blades of the expansion cutter ensure that both hard deposits such as urine scale and lime scale and hardened soft materials such as grease and soap can be removed. Especially when removing harder drain blockages, the cutting head should only be used with reinforced drain cleaning cables (S-spirals, S-SMK-spirals).

The expanding cutter is available in different diameters to cover different working ranges. The coupling is a bevelled 22mm T-Nut coupling for connection to 22mm drain cleaning cables. The expanding cutter is thus compatible with all T-Nut systems from ROWO, ROTHENBERGER, rak, RIS, REMS, RIDGID, Rioned Victor, etc. The cutting blades are exchangeable and available as spare parts.
