Chain knocker with carbide teeth 22mm T-Nut (7/8") by rak

This version of the chain knocker from rak with 22mm T-Nut has special hard metal trimmings which are mounted on the hardened chains. This makes the chains extremely hard and abrasion resistant, which leads to excellent results in drain cleaning. When the drain cleaning cable starts to rotate, the centrifugal forces cause the chains to lie against the pipe wall and work effectively there. This version of the chain head with the carbide spikes removes very hard incrustations, but also root ingrowths. To keep the 220mm long Drain cleaning tool as flexible as possible, the spring wire between the T-Nut coupling and the head of the tool is wound wide. This results in a higher arcability.

Chain knockers are an indispensable tool for every end pipe cleaning in pipes. The chains with carbide incrustations are developed for very hard incrustations in stoneware and concrete pipes. The chains are welded on the head as well as on the coupling and can be completely replaced (re-welded). This in combination with the hardened spikes guarantees a long life span of the chain head. The chains with hard metal trimming are available from us as spare parts. The chain knockers with carbide spikes should always be used only with reinforced drain cleaning cables (S-spirals, S-SMK-spirals).
