Chain knocker with carbide plates 22mm T-Nut (7/8") by rak

The chain knocker with hard metal belts from rak was especially developed for renovations and heavy incrustations. The two plates mounted on the chains are fitted with tungsten carbide trimmings which are brazed on. The chain knocker can thus be used to remove very hard deposits on the pipe wall, but also to roughen the inside of pipes. This is necessary, for example, for renovation work in pipes.

In order to keep the 220mm chain head as flexible as possible, the spring wire between the T-Nut coupling and the head of the tool is wound wide. This results in a higher curve mobility. The chains are welded to the head as well as to the coupling and can be completely replaced (re-welded). The chain knocker can thus be repaired. The chains with carbide band are available from us as spare parts. The chain head with carbide band should always be used only with reinforced drain cleaning cables (S-spirals, S-SMK-spirals).
